1 – One time purchases at Retail Price. If you have purchased products and would like to refund the purchase, the products would need to be un-used and not damaged. You can then submit a support ticket requesting a refund, then post your products to our returns depot.

2 – Recurring Auto Charge / Auto Ship.f you have signed up as a preferred customer or are apart of any other auto ship and auto pay programs, you are free to cancel your membership and auto shipping arrangement at any time. You will need to submit your request at least 24 hours prior to any shipment being sent. Then we will be able to cancel your order before posting the next order of products to you. If you do not cancel it in time, you can simply submit a support ticket for a cancellation only, and keep the products en route OR to request a cancellation + refund you will need to submit a support ticket and post your products to our returns depot.

When the products arrive unopened and unused, we can then go ahead and refund the order.

3 – RSL & BPL purchases at wholesale.There are no returns or refunds for wholesale purchases. Contact our support team for any extenuating circumstance. You can cancel any auto shipping arrangements you previously setup by logging into your back office.

By visiting our website and purchasing our products you understand that you are giving us permission to contact you and use any of your input data for purposes relating to doing business with you. This will include charging your credit card when you checkout and approve a transaction as well as emailing and SMS’ing you as needed. We store your information in our systems to help give you an easier customer experience upon returning.
